Shipping & Delivery Information for Sex Dolls & Love Dolls

Shipping, Customs & Taxes:

  • We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all sex dolls.*
  • We cover all customs duties, import fees & taxes for all items whenever possible.*
  • We always pre-pay any custom fees when possible so there are no charges or additional import costs for you.*
  • We do not ship to countries that have strict laws against the use or sale of adult items. Please check your local laws if unsure.

 

Packaging:

  • All our sex dolls are delivered in 100% discrete packaging.
  • Sex dolls arrive in a plain brown box with no branding.
  • The courier or handler does not know what is in the box.
  • We respect your privacy.
  • The contents will be stated on customs declaration as "Mannequin".

 

Delivery:

  • We use UPS and FedEx for all deliveries worldwide, both provide regular progress & tracking updates so you know your delivery date well in advance.
  • When you receive your tracking number, you can contact the courier to arrange a suitable day for delivery.
  • You will be issued a tracking number 1-2 days after dispatch so you can follow the journey. It will also sync with your Silicone Lovers account.
  • For UPS you can join "My Choice" (free) to schedule a delivery date that suits you.

 

Changing your delivery date:

  • If you are not able to accept delivery on the day you are assigned, you can simply change it to another day that suits you by contacting the courier directly.
  • You will receive details of the courier when your order is processed for shipment.
  • We require you to leave your phone number when placing your order, as part of the delivery process, the courier requests your contact phone number.
  • We do our best to ensure all of our couriers contact you before delivery, although we also advise that you personally contact them when you receive your tracking number. This is to ensure they hear your delivery requirements directly from you.
  • You won't need us, but we're here to help if you get stuck!

Ordering process:

We can't predict the weather, or how busy the workshop is at the time of your order, however - the following breakdown is an estimate, designed to give you a brief understanding of the ordering process from start to finish.

  • Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email immediately with a breakdown of your order details.
  • We will manually check your order and ensure all the information and details are correct. If something is missing or seems a bit unusual, we'll get in touch to confirm everything with you.
  • We allow a 24 hour grace period for any last minute changes.
  • Your order is then passed onto our workshop management and placed in a queue for production.
  • Production usually begins within 1 day.
  • The workshop fabricators begin the process of creating your doll.
  • Once your doll has been completed, a quality control check is carried out.
  • Factory photographs of your doll are taken and sent to you via email. .
  • We await your approval (confirm you're are happy with the way your doll looks so we can proceed with shipping).
  • Your doll will be carefully packaged and shipped, at which point you will receive a tracking number.
  • Your doll begins the journey to your doorstep and will arrive soon.
  • Total average time for UK customers: 15 - 20 working days* (Order to delivery) depending on your brand of choice. 

 

We aim to process orders and ship all of our products out as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new doll asap, but please be aware that your doll is made to order (even if it is pre-configured).

When your doll is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can contact the courier to arrange a convenient day for delivery.

The above timeframe is an estimate. It is also the same for all authentic sex doll vendors, any vendor claiming to have he fastest shipping or uber-quick delivery times direct from the factory is telling fibs...

 

  

*For customers based in CAN, NOR, AUS and SA + a few other countries, there is a small import fee payable upon import, unfortunately we can't pay this fee in advance, so in this case, we split the duty fees with you. We still manage the liaison with customs so it is completely stress-free for you. On average, the additional fee is approx £100 and in most cases we can give you an estimate of cost prior to purchase.
