Timeline & Delivery Times for Love Dolls & Sex Dolls

Ordering process:

We can't predict the weather, or how busy the workshop is at the time of your order, however - the following breakdown is an estimate. It does not take into consideration any unforeseen circumstances or holiday season. It is designed to give you a brief understanding of the ordering process from start to finish.

  • Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email immediately with a breakdown of your order details.
  • We will manually check your order and ensure all the information and details are correct. If something is missing or seems a bit unusual, we'll get in touch to confirm everything with you.
  • We allow a 24 hour grace period for any last minute changes.
  • Your order is then passed onto our workshop management and placed in a queue for production.
  • Production usually begins within 1 day.
  • The workshop fabricators begin the process of creating your doll.
  • Once your doll has been completed, a quality control check is carried out.
  • Factory photographs of your doll are taken and sent to you via email. .
  • We await your approval (confirm you're are happy with the way your doll looks so we can proceed with shipping).
  • Your doll will be carefully packaged and shipped, at which point you will receive a tracking number.
  • Your doll begins the journey to your doorstep and will arrive soon.
  • Total average time for UK customers: 15 - 20 working days* (Order to delivery) depending on your brand of choice. 

 

We aim to process orders and ship all of our products out as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new doll asap, but please be aware that your doll is made to order (even if it is pre-configured).

When your doll is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can contact the courier to arrange a convenient day for delivery.

The above timeline is an estimate. It is also the same for all authentic sex doll vendors, any vendor claiming to have he fastest shipping or uber-quick delivery times direct from the factory is telling fibs...

 

Changing your delivery date:

If you are not able to accept delivery on the day we give you, you can simply change it to another day that suits you better by contacting the courier directly.

You will receive details of the courier when your order is processed for shipment.

We require you to leave your phone number when placing your order, as part of the delivery process, the courier requests your contact phone number.

We do our best to ensure all of our couriers contact you before delivery, although we also advise that you personally contact them when you receive your tracking number. This is to ensure they hear your delivery requirements directly from you.

* Update April 6th 2020: We are experiencing delays with shipping times due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. 

* Update April 1st 2020: We are currently experiencing a higher than normal delay on fabrication times from the larger workshops due to a back log of orders. Please check with us to get a realistic time frame of delivery on live chat.
